What this notice covers
This plain-English launch-stage privacy notice explains how Aera handles information submitted through the registration-of-interest form and basic website security operations for aerasi.ai.
Information collected through registration
If you submit the registration-of-interest form, Aera may collect the information you provide, including:
- full name
- email address
- company or organisation
- role or title
- use type, interest area, team size, deployment posture, and expected AI or agent usage
- optional message content
- consent to contact
Why we collect it
Aera uses registration-of-interest information to contact you about Sentinel, Gateway, Vault, PriviShield, launch access, demos, partnerships, and relevant product updates where consent is provided.
Aera may also use submitted information to understand product interest, prioritise launch paths, protect the website from abuse, and improve the launch process.
Hosting and security infrastructure
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The registration endpoint uses Cloudflare Pages Functions, Turnstile abuse protection, and Cloudflare D1 storage for launch-interest submissions.
Cloudflare and related infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to host, secure, route, and operate the website, including request metadata, security signals, and logs.
Do not send sensitive data
Do not submit passwords, secrets, private keys, health information, financial account data, confidential customer records, production incident details, or other sensitive material through the public registration form or public email channels.
No sale of submissions
Aera does not sell registration-of-interest submissions. Aera may share information with infrastructure providers that help host, secure, store, or operate the site, or where needed to protect the site, comply with law, or respond to abuse.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this one.
Choices, contact, and removal requests
You can choose not to submit the registration-of-interest form. If you have submitted interest and no longer want follow-up, email privacy@aerasi.ai and ask to unsubscribe or request removal of your registration-of-interest record where possible.
Changes
Aera may update this notice as the website, launch process, and products evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page.
